All Installment Plans:
No service fee for Automatic Payments (ACH) or Annual Plan
Non-Automatic Payments – Service fee of $5 per installment applies
to each payment except the initial installment
Annual:
Pay in Full (No Service Fee)
Bi-Annual:
1st payment 50% of premium due on effective date of policy (No Service fee)
2nd payment 50% of premium due 6 months from effective date ($5 Fee Non-Autopay)
Quarterly:
1st payment of 25% of premium due on effective date of policy (No Service fee)
2nd payment of 25% of premium due 3 months from effective date ($5 Fee Non-Autopay)
3rd payment of 25% of premium due 6 months from effective date ($5 Fee Non-Autopay)
4th payment of 25% of premium due 9 months from effective date ($5 Fee Non-Autopay)
9-Payment Plan (Auto Pay Only / No Service Fees):
1st payment of 20% of premium due on effective date of policy
2nd through 9th payment of 10% of premium each due monthly 30 days from prior payment
Endorsements:
Premiums for endorsements effective during the billing period will be split between remaining payments.
1st payment due on the effective date of the endorsement after the billing period is due in full by the due date on the bill.
Billing Period:
The first 270 days after the effective date of the policy.
Reminders:
A cancellation for non-payment of premium will be issued when a check has been dishonored by the bank. The amount due will be the original premium, plus the bank chargeback fee. This amount will be payable in cash, money order, certified bank check or agency check.
Reinstatement Fee:
To reinstate your policy from cancellation status a $15.00 reinstatement fee will be added.
